The anticipation and arrival of a new baby is an incredibly special time for your family—a fleeting moment filled with love, wonder, and emotion. It’s an absolute privilege to capture these early days, preserving the tenderness, excitement, and intimate connections that make this stage so unforgettable.
Every newborn session is baby-led. There’s no pressure to force poses—your little one’s comfort and safety always come first. I handle every aspect of the session with care and patience, including siblings, to create a relaxed and enjoyable experience for the whole family.
Sessions can take place in the comfort of your own home or at my home studio in Kapiti.
I provide a curated selection of props, clothing, and accessories, with a range of colours and guidance on coordinating for Mum and Dad, so every detail feels personal and harmonious.
To capture your baby in those first precious days, sessions are best scheduled within the first 5–10 days after birth.
What to expect during your portrait journey.....
📞 Step 1: Consultation
It all starts with a friendly chat. I’ll get to know you and your family, learn about your style and what you’d love from your session, so we can create something truly personal.
📸 Step 2: The Session
This is where the fun begins! Whether outdoors or in my studio, I’ll guide you every step of the way to keep things relaxed and natural. Kids being kids? Perfect—I love capturing those real, joyful moments.
🎉 Step 3: Viewing Appointment
After your session, we’ll sit down together to view your images. I’ll help you choose your favourites and select the best ways to display them in your home.
🖼️ Step 4: Artwork for Your Home
Your memories deserve more than just a screen. From framed prints to bespoke wall art, I’ll create timeless pieces that tell your family’s story and can be treasured for generations.
Your Investment

Session Fee
$190 – Includes pre-session consultation, 2–3 hour session, wardrobe and prop access and guidance, posing guidance, and your in-home viewing appointment.
(Session fee does not include images or products.)
Products & Wall Art
Packages start at $678. Albums, wall art, and keepsakes are individually designed for you. Most families invest $878–$2,500.
Digital Images
From $678 – Includes curated high-resolution and web-size digital files.
